Most women suffer from hair loss after childbirth

Do not worry about your hair loss in this period as they are the hairs that did not fall in their natural cycle during pregnancy because of the high Estrogen that extended the lifespan of this cycle making hair appear more vital and denser.

This hormone is reduced significantly from three to six months after childbirth returning to its normal level, so hair falls more in this period precisely.

If the hair fall become extreme it is  always better to start early to treat it as solutions are always present, the sooner the better, do not wait for alopecia to appear to begin the treatment

There are 6 basic solutions to this problem

Healthy food rich in biotin, vitamin B6, and cysteine: eggs, nuts, fish, green vegetables such as arugula, spinach, sweet potatoes, carrots and legumes

External supplements: Must be authorized by the WHO and FAO and classified as safe for pregnant and nursing mothers

Use shampoo and conditioner free of sulfate, Paraben, and chemicals or mineral oils or harsh chemicals, and use those suitable for your hair type and needs.

Care should be paid to nourish and moisturize hair with appropriate oils, serum,  and masks

Cut the damaged hair ends with the normal or thermal cut preferably using the lunar timing of root-strengthening.
